Local Riding

Our part of Gippsland is blessed with some of the best road riding in Australia. Quiet country roads are the local speciality and these come in a variety of terrains right up to the uber-challenge that is Mount Baw Baw. There are also a number of local road group rides to join in if you don't want to ride alone. See Warragul Cycling Club for details on some of these.

For the non-roadies among you there are a number of great Rail Trails in the area as well as dirt roads to explore on your tourer, flatbar or cyclocross bike. For Rail Trails in the local area go to the Rail Trail website.

For mountain bikers there are some trails scattered around the area. Most of these however are tracks and fire rides rather than dedicated single track.

So if you're coming our way, bring your bike, drop into Chilli Cycles for info and supplies and get out into some great riding.
