Chilli Cycles has a ''no questions asked' 14 day return policy, which means all returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days from date of invoice. Credit can only be issued if the product is returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Credit will be issued in the form of the original payment or store credit.

Does Chilli Cycles refund return shipping?

Return shipping charges will be refunded on items shipped in error by Chilli Cycles. Shipping will NOT be refunded on items ordered in error by the customer or where the customer has changed their mind about the item. CHILLI CYCLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT TO CHILLI CYCLES.

Does Chilli Cycles pay for the exchange shipping cost?

Chilli Cycles offers free shipping on the exchange of all clothing. We will also cover exchange shipping costs on items that were sent in error or if the item was defective. In all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Simply call us during business hours to change or cancel an order. As long as the item has not already shipped there is no problem, a full refund will be issued or the order will be changed as per your request.

I need a replacement product immediately for a return, how can I speed the proces up?

We suggest ordering the product you need and then returning the incorrect product for a refund. This will get you back on your bike a lot faster. If we sent the original product in error, we will refund the amount of your return shipping.

What if I have a defective product? What is the warranty procedure?

ALL WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED TO ENSURE IF THE ITEM CAN BE COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY POLICY. We cannot determine if an item is defective without seeing it. All goods sold by Chilli Cycles are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer warranties. If an item has failed prematurely please provide details of the product and fault with the returned item. Please note that certain products need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued.

Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.

Chilli Cycles cannot accept for return tubular tires that have been glued to the rim.  The tubular tire manufacturers feel that their quality control procedures eliminate most defects. These procedures include inflating each tire and inspecting it for defects. Because lightweight, high performance tires cannot be guaranteed against unforeseeable road hazards, the manufacturers will not accept tires that have been glued for return. We suggest that when you receive your tubular tires they be installed on a clean rim and inflated to full pressure then left overnight to be inspected the following day for defects. (Tubular tires with latex tubes will lose 30 to 50 psi in a 12 hour period as latex is more porous than butyl.) By testing your tire in this fashion you will also be stretching the tire which allows for easier installation. If any defects are found prior to gluing we will be happy to send you an exchange or issue a refund.

Product Condition
All returned products must be in new, original condition and complete with packaging. No exceptions.

Custom Built Wheels and Bikes
Non-returnable unless found defective upon inspection.

Food and Suplements
All sales are final on food and nutritional supplements.
