Shipping

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post whenever possible. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

If an item is out of stock you will be immediately informed by email. We will let you know why and how long you might need to wait until the item is available. We do not charge you for the item or place it on backorder until you confirm that you would like to wait for the item.

Most orders should be with you within 5 business days, so if you have not received it by then please let us know and we will track down what has happened and let you know ASAP.  

Where possible we use Australia Post for shipping smaller parcels.

For larger and heavier items we calculate the specific shipping cost for your address by the cheapest means possible. We have access to a number of courier services and we aim to keep these costs to you as low as possible.

Our postage calculator will provide an estimate of the shipping cost when you checkout. However we will confirm via email the exact cost for your purchase and will NOT charge your card/account until you confirm your acceptance of the shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship Scott and Cannondale bikes. These are pick-up only.
