We take great pride in our workshop and the services it can provide. Our mechanics have turned a spanners in some of the best and worst bike shops Melbourne has to offer, so there is little on a bike that comes as a surprise to them. Equipped with the highest quality Park tools and a number of specialist work stands, your bike is going to get nothing less than the best of care.

At Chilli Cycles we do not have a menu of labour prices for jobs on your bike. We believe that if a job only takes 10 minutes then that is all you should be charged for. As a result we quote the labour cost of each job individually so you get exactly what you're paying for. We will quote you the cost of the job (including any parts) before you leave the store and if this quote changes we will contact you straight away. We WILL NOT do any additional work on your bike until you have confirmed with us you are happy for us to go ahead. When you walk in to collect your bike you should know how much it's going to cost and what has been done to your bike. A happy bike and customer equals a happy Chilli Cycles.
